What we collect

• Contact and advertising forms: the details you type in (name, email, phone, company, message and campaign preferences). We store them so our team can reply.
• Technical data: to prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address with form submissions and advertisement clicks. We do not store the raw IP address for these.
• Cookies: the site uses one essential session cookie for security (form protection). We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves.

How we use it

We use the information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss advertising you asked about, keep the website secure, and count story views and advertisement clicks in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

VOY 40 videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may process data under its own privacy policy. Advertisement links take you to the advertiser’s website, which has its own policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping, after which they can be deleted by our administrators.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us using our contact form.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
